Employee Performance The Agency evaluates staff performance on a continuous basis and formally on an annual basis. The purpose of this evaluation is to recognize employee performance and identify areas of strengths and weakness. Employee Grievance/Complaint Resolution An Agency with 15 or more employees will implement the grievance procedure. The employee is encouraged to discuss any concerns or suggestions, or any matter relating to your job with your supervisor immediately.
